Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the holster body which is the riveted or folded plastic shell that directly surrounds the bear spray canister.  The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not extend to the holster harness (webbing, elastic kit, plastic buckles or the plastic webbing clips).  The Limited Lifetime Warranty extends only to original manufacturing defects.   Any unauthorized modifications to the body of the holster from the original product specifications immediately voids the Limited Lifetime Warranty.  By opening the package and taking possession of your holster, you are agreeing to due diligence to check the hardware on your holster prior to use.  Holster hardware includes: the rubber grommets, spacers, screws, bolts, screw posts, washers, threaded inserts, rivets, belt clips.  The hardware is covered against defects only.  Replacement parts can be purchased from us for a small fee,  plus postage at hykr.ca .  If you experience a problem with your holster, contact us and we will offer a solution.  It will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refund/repair or replacement. Returns are subject to a $20.00 restocking fee.  Unless specifically noted.  HYKR Industries products are designed to fit factory size bear spray in the 225 g and 265 g sizes . All HYKR Industries holsters are designed and made for the specific size bear spray canisters mentioned above.  DO NOT ALTER YOUR HOLSTER IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING ACCOMMODATING A CHANGE MADE TO YOUR SETUP (this will void your warranty).  Alteration could result in an unsafe fit for your bear spray and possible negligent discharge.  It is the user's responsibility to personally check your holster compatibility using the actual products.  It is also the user's responsibility to regularly check the holster and it's hardware for proper fit and function.  Should a holster become worn, loose, defective, or ill-fitting, cease use immediately and contact us at connect@hykr.ca .  We can help asses the situation and offer a solution.  All custom orders offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty but the pattern you have chosen may not be available and HYKR will offer an alternative pattern or colour.  The customer is responsible for return shipping. NEVER STORE YOUR BEAR SPRAY HOLSTER ALONG WITH YOU BEAR SPRAY IN A HOT VEHICLE. NON COMPLIANCE OF THIS WARNING WILL VOID ALL WARRANTY OF YOUR BEAR SPRAY HOLSTER AND ENDANGER OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE. IF YOUR BEAR SPRAY HOLSTER REACHES THE MAX SERVICE TEMPERATURE OF 56 DEGREES CELCIUS YOUR WARRANTY CAN BE VOID.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, posted addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors.  The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request.  This information is only used to fulfill your specific request unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

The site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered.  Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type operating system and tracking the number of visitors to the Site.  Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors.  Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally undeniable information, cookies may be tied to such information.  Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.  We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation.  We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
